My food was very good and freshly made. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. If I had one complaint it would be that the drink machine was out of many options I wanted but that wasn't a big deal!

Service was excellent and fast. Clean facility including the restroom. The drink area is a little cramped in the way it is layed out.

I prefer their fingers to all other fast food chicken joints.

Brand new store. Zaxby's #377 I believe. All new interior design, Farmhouse #2 I was told, 1st store this design. I was #14 fanatic. Got a Zaxby's club meal. Tasted awesome! Glad to see Oneonta and Zaxby's work together to get them back in town.

They have good food and the service is but the Wood floors are slick and can be slippery a lot of times

The employees here are very friendly, the service is fast and accurate (even when they are jam packed!), and the facility is well laid out and clean. This restaurant is handicap friendly! Zaxby's has great chicken fingers, fries, wings, and their Texas Toast is awesome! If you're looking for something really great, try the Southern TLC Sandwich or the Cesar salad with crispy chicken! This is a great place to bring the family!

10/10 would eat again. Very fast service. Employee's are amazing! Very nice environment to eat! There's nothing else like it in Oneonta!

Drive thru extremely busy around 1130. At Least 7/8 cars in front of me. Only stayed in line maybe 4min.Rarely get good fast service and good food . Thumbs up Zaxbys.Excellent service. Everyone was moving, focused on their task, worked as a team..

Food was great- kids meal chicken could be better. Lay out needs to be better.dont mix chicken with fries. Offer more chicken pieces for older kids

It was my first time to visit the Oneonta Zaxby's and I was very impressed. The restaurant had a homey feel and the staff was very nice.The food was excellent as always like their sister sites.5 stars quality and service.

This place is great!! I love that I can order it online and go pick it up. It is always fast, right and fresh. The employees are always kind and helpful.

Zagby's is an ok place, they have a variety of chicken done different ways, but I thought it was a little expensive for what I got. The chicken had good flavor and was moist. When the crew member brought the dinner to the table she just set both trays on the table and didn't take our plates off of the trays. We took our plates off the trays then had to take the trays to where the trash is emptied bcuz there's not enough room on the table for two trays. I thought this was quite rude, but maybe that's how it's done there. So I had to make a trip to the trash bin before I could eat. Humm!!

We had dinner at Zaxby's this evening and they came to our table and apologized for our food taking so long ( it really didn't seem that long) but they offered us a free appetizer. We had the fried mushrooms with Zestable sauce which were delicious as was our dinner when it arrived. Very nice staff and delicious food. We love Zaxby's!

Bought 20 wings and they were so good i couldn't stop eating them so that's why they got a 4. Makes me feel bad bc it's too good😂

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. We had a large number of folks dining together for lunch and Belinda Box jumped in the throes of us all trying to get seated and made it come together beautifully. Thank you for such a pleasant and tasty experience 😊
